The Whitecross Street Party is back to celebrate the radical community of Bunhill and surrounding areas.

 

The dates for the WXSP 2025 festival are Saturday 12 July and Sunday 13 July, from 12noon – 6pm on both days.

A 15th anniversary with a celebratory programme of live painting, music, street performance and parades, interactive workshops and activities, art displays and installations, street food and market stalls and a new wellness area.

 

The theme is ‘BIRTHDAY’ – think bright, bold colours, we’re “gonna party like it’s your birthday”, jelly & ice-cream and of course, cake!

 

Previously hosted by YMCA London City and North on behalf of Islington Council, we have assembled a new team to pick up the baton for the festivities in 2025.

At the WXSP, street art and performance bring people together, transforming Whitecross Street over two days to create a street party showcasing the diverse communities which call the area home.
